When our fridge/freezer stopped working I called Jeff who was there the same day. It turned out the issue was intermittent so he gave some tips to help confirm that the issue was what he suspected.

Jeff was here about 45 mins troubleshooting, gave a quote for the part which he believed needs replacing and will return once the troubleshooting confirms this. Callout fee only paid to this point.
